I am Anubuss, Poetic Alchemist, writer, course creator, and coach.

I created the Metawake Mystery School because I needed an outlet for the wisdom, breakthroughs, and transformational tools that completely changed my life.

I know what it feels like to be trapped in destructive loops.

I have gone from addiction to drugs, endless scrolling, video games, dissociation, negative thinking, and self-destructive patterns — chained to couches, screens, and unconscious habits — to living a life filled with adventure, connection, creativity, and meaning.

I have gone from isolated and agoraphobic to grounded and comfortable in my own skin.

From fear-driven passivity and aggression to assertiveness, honesty, and direct communication.

My life is not perfect. I still have room to grow.

And I did not get here alone.

I have worked with coaches, mentors, sponsors, therapists, counselors, and through a 12-step program.
